What is Connections?

Connections is a free social wellness group aimed at reducing social isolation and stigmatization; featuring staff and programming trained for the I/DD community. This group is open to any Ocean County residents between the ages of 10-21.

Group goals include: social connections, emotional wellness & personal value, physical wellness, and caregiver support
