Ocean Partnership for Children offers internship opportunities for students at all levels of their education who are interested in the non-profit sector. Interns are immersed into the day-to-day operations of a care management organization and are expected to embrace OPC’s vision, values, and culture of diversity and inclusivity. Interns are responsible for supporting the mission, codes of conduct, and ethics of Ocean Partnership for Children.
The goal of OPC’s Internship Program is to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities, professional development, appropriate training, and an authentic experience within a non-profit agency.
Internship opportunities are available year-round and accepted on a rolling basis. Internship positions are subject to availability based on youth census and agency capacity at any given time. I am writing this to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support from CMO. Navigating the complexities of emotional and mental health needs is an overwhelming journey for any parent, but CMO has been a steady, guiding light for our family during this incredibly trying time.
From our very first meeting, CMO’s compassion and understanding were evident. CMO took the time to deeply understand my son’s unique emotional needs, ensuring that he feels seen, heard, and supported.
One of the most impactful aspects of working with CMO has been CMO’s role as an advocate. CMO has been a fierce champion for my son, ensuring he receives the right resources and that his voice is prioritized in every decision. CMO’s expertise in helping us navigate the therapy process has been invaluable; CMO simplified what felt like a confusing maze of options and helped us find the path that was truly best for our son’s healing.
We are so fortunate to have CMO in our corner, and we cannot thank CMO enough for the peace of mind and the progress of our family.
