Alyssa Christman is one of the Assistant Directors of Clinical Operations at Ocean Partnership for Children. In that role, she supervises and supports her team of Care Manager Supervisors, who work directly with the Care Managers. She has been with the agency since 2007 and has experienced all levels at the agency, from Care Manager to Care Manager Supervisor to now Assistant Director of Clinical Operations. Prior to her employment at OPC, Alyssa has had a variety of experiences in the field, from working in adult case management as part of a forensics team, as a Child Protective Services case worker, working with an OPC system partner Mobile Response, and as an Intensive-In-Community therapist. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ursinus University and received her Masters degree in Social Work from Monmouth University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Alyssa acknowledges that the work of OPC can often be tough but is committed to supporting the staff and feels the flexibility OPC offers makes such a difference for the staff. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, as well as being outdoors.
