Andrew MacMath has served as the Director of Organizational Development at Ocean Partnership for Children since 2013. He is responsible for strategic activities that move the agency forward, compliance, quality assurance and technology. Andrew’s prior experience includes working with two other Care Management Organizations in various roles, which has given him a broad perspective on the work of CMOs throughout the State. Prior to his care management work, Andrew served as a Program Coordinator for the Office of Equity and Diversity at Montclair State University. Andrew is the proud father of twins and enjoys all that the Jersey shore offers, from boating to kayaking to spending quality time at the beach.
