Jill Carlin

Jill Carlin serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ocean Partnership for Children and has been with the agency since 2021. Her responsibilities are to oversee all aspects of human resources for the staff, from recruitment, onboarding, orientation and training, benefit management, compensation, and the Employee Handbook. Jill also works with the Board of Trustees regarding all of the agency’s human resource policies. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Stockton University and has over twenty years of comprehensive human resource management, both in the for profit and nonprofit sectors. Her HR experience includes employee relations, talent acquisition, conflict resolution, change management, policy and benefit administration. Jill most appreciates the culture at OPC, as well as being able to make a difference in her home community of Ocean County. Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and spending as much time as she can on Long Beach Island.
