Jillian Shiner

Jillian Shiner is one of three Directors of Care Management at Ocean Partnership for Children. In her current role, she supervises and supports a team of Care Manager Supervisors working directly with Care Managers who provide ongoing care coordination and support to youth and families throughout Ocean County. Jillian has been with the agency since 2014, beginning as a Care Manager, then as a Care Manager Supervisor, and now as a Director of Care Management. She appreciates the strengths and team-based approach that OPC affords to its staff members, as well as the shared passion and commitment to OPC’S mission of providing quality community-based care to the most vulnerable populations served. Outside of her employment with OPC, Jillian has had a variety of experiences in the field, across all levels of care, having worked as an Intensive In-Community Clinician, Needs Assessor, Primary Therapist at an adolescent partial care program, as well as a Counselor in out of home treatment programs for adolescents and adults. These experiences have provided her with a broad perspective of the services available via the system of care in New Jersey. Jillian received her Master of Social Work degree from Stockton University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
