Maureen DeSantis is one of three Assistant Directors of Clinical Operations at Ocean Partnership for Children. Her role is critical in supervising and supporting her team of Care Manager Supervisors, who work directly with the Care Managers. Maureen has been with OPC since 2015 and embraces the agency-wide commitment to OPC’s mission and the everyday passion for the work with youth and families. Prior to coming to OPC, Maureen has had a great deal of experience in the field of domestic violence, serving as the Director of Residential Services with Safe+Sound Somerset, as a Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Counselor with 180 Turning Lives Around, and as the Shelter Services Coordinator at Jersey Battered Women’s Service. Maureen has her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Outside of work, she is a voracious reader, frequents the beach, jets off regularly for her Disney World adventures. She enjoys spending time with her pups, her son and nieces, and on her new passion for birding.
